1. Digital Presence & Brand Building
Audit and improve YOODESK's current digital footprint across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging platforms).
Identify unique, low-cost, high-impact promotion channels (e.g., WhatsApp catalogs, Pinterest, Telegram furniture groups, local influencer collaborations, etc.).
Build a content calendar that tells the story of affordable ergonomics - not just product posts, but solve customer problems (back pain, WFH setups, small spaces).
2. AI & Technology Utilization
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway, or similar) to scale content creation - product descriptions, ad copies, video scripts, email sequences.
Leverage AI for SEO keyword research, competitor analysis, and customer sentiment tracking.
Automate repetitive marketing tasks (scheduling, reporting, basic responses) using no-code AI tools.
3. Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads (Shopping, Search, Display), and possibly YouTube.
Manage budget allocation to ensure positive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Track and report daily: CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, cost per sale.
