About the Role

We are looking for experienced Procurement professionals to join our growing team in the Saw Manufacturing and Seamless Steel Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source and procure raw materials, engineering components, steel products, industrial consumables, machine spares, tools, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement planning and execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor contracts, and documentation.
• Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Additional Responsibilities (For Procurement Manager)

• Lead procurement strategy and supplier management initiatives.
• Drive cost-saving and process improvement projects.
• Manage annual procurement budgets and procurement planning.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Mentor and guide procurement team members.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
