Team Lead – Social Media Manager cum Social Media Presenter

Yesjay Associates is looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Team Lead – Social Media Manager cum Social Media Presenter to manage the company’s digital content, branding communication, and social media presence.

This is a hands-on role where the candidate will actively participate in content planning, video presentation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, capable of creating engaging content ideas, and able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent digital communication across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Creative & Digital Media team for planning, execution, and delivery of all branding and promotional activities.
• Develop creative campaigns for the company’s services, business initiatives, recruitment drives, events, and client engagement activities.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain Yesjay Associates’ brand identity, professional standards, and communication quality.
• Review and approve all creatives, videos, captions, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials before publishing.
• Create engaging and professional content for all digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and company websites.
• Develop content outlines, campaign ideas, scripts, captions, and creative concepts aligned with company services, branding goals, and seasonal business requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads and team members to collect service updates, client success stories, compliance alerts, case studies, industry insights, and technical information for content development.
• Convert technical and professional information into simple, engaging, and client-friendly content formats.
• Present content ideas, campaign strategies, and creative concepts to management for approval before execution.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, trending topics, and AI tools to continuously improve content quality and digital engagement.
• Present professional videos, reels, educational content, interviews, and promotional campaigns for social media platforms.
• Act as the face of the company in digital campaigns, awareness videos, client communication videos, and branding content.
• Host webinars, podcasts, interviews, office events, and promotional shoots when required.

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience in:
• Content creation
• Social media management
• Video presentation or hosting
• Branding and campaign coordination
• Experience in team coordination or creative supervision preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
