As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with new accounts while effectively managing existing relationships to drive revenue growth for the city. Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships to sustain and grow them, leading to revenue growth
- Maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners, especially key accounts in the city and country, and providing them with market insights and solutions
- Organizing and executing promotional events and marketing activations, primarily below-the-line (BTL), in collaboration with internal teams
- Overseeing sales administration, operational performance reporting, optimizing processes and systems, and advising senior management on enhancing business relationships to foster a customer-centric environment
- Conducting training sessions for new recruits, particularly Sales Managers, and providing mentorship to support their professional growth
Your qualifications should include:
- Graduation with 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to create and execute strategic plans to attract top restaurants as partners
- Excellent communication skills with a sales-oriented attitude and approach
- Team player mindset, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and leading and mentoring them effectively
- Proven ability to build and leverage a broad network of contacts internally and externally to drive successful outcomes
- Adaptability to change, with a proactive stance in identifying opportunities and recommending effective strategies to enhance campaign performance
