Event Bartender

Bartender / Barback / Catering Staff / Waitstaff / Server / Busser / Kitchen Helper / Event Staff/ Promotional Staff / Brand Ambassador / Team Lead / Captain / Event Manager

Looking for 1 bartender to serve wine and beer, 2 reliable helpers to assist with food setup, tidying, and general event support

Event Date: April 17th, 2026 (Friday)

Event Time: 2:50 PM - 9:00 PM

Guest Count: 80

Event Type: Personal Occasion

Event Address: Arlington, VA 22201

Duties Needed (Instructions):

• Arrive at the venue by 2:50 PM to allow time for setup and prep (Plating food) before the Event,
• Set up / Maintain food/drinks station, arranging serving dishes, utensils, and signage as directed,
• During the event, ensure food/drinks is stocked, and cleaned as needed,
• Promptly clear used plates, glassware from tables after guests finish eating/drinking,
• Replenish supplies (napkins, utensils, plates, glasses, drink station, etc),
• Pass Hors d'oeuvres,
• Bartending Services
• Help in the kitchen (BOH)
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the event.

Waitstaff Responsibilities:

• Refill buffet trays as needed after the caterer delivers dinner
• Keep buffet tables stocked with plates, napkins, and utensils
• Clear used plates, cups, and small dishes from tables during the event
• Consolidate trash and replace full trash bags
• Put out dessert and refill beverage dispenser as needed
• Assist with basic cleanup of food areas at the end

Bartender:

• serve guests a choice of wine or beer
• monitor supplies and let hosts know if something is running low

Event venue has fridges and drink service area.

Disclaimer

Failure to attend a scheduled shift (No Show) will result in being banned from working with us again. To avoid a No Show, please cancel at least 4 days before your event. Within 4 days, you are obligated, to show up to the event. If you know you are not going to be present, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Arriving late three times will also result in removal from future events.

Last minute cancellation = banned from working with us again

All team members are required to clock in and clock out using the app for every shift. Failure to comply may result in delayed paycheck processing.
