Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, General Ledger maintenance, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable/Receivable management, and Bank Reconciliation
- Experience with Budget Preparation and Financial Analysis
- Hands-on expertise in Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of Cash Flow Management, Fund Flow Monitoring, and Working Capital Management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Indian tax regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG industries is advantageous
