Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

The Employee will be employed as an Irrigation Operations Coordinator. This is an office-based position responsible for supporting the coordination of daily irrigation operations and providing a high level of customer service.

Duties

• Coordinating and scheduling irrigation service work and technician routes
• Communicating with customers regarding appointments, service requests, and system needs
• Preparing and updating work orders and job documentation
• Supporting field technicians by ensuring accurate job information and notes are provided
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email inquiries
• Maintaining customer records and irrigation system information
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and related administrative documentation
• Assisting with general office administration related to irrigation service and installation operations

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination
• Experience coordinating appointments, calendars, technician routes, or daily schedules is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional and friendly customer service by phone and email
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail when entering customer information, updating records, and preparing documentation
• Comfortable learning and using scheduling software, CRM systems, email, and basic office programs
• Ability to problem solve, adjust schedules, and support both customers and field staff throughout the day
• Experience in irrigation, landscaping, construction, home services, or trades is an asset but not required
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team

The Employee is expected to maintain professional communication with customers and staff, help ensure that daily operations run smoothly, and contribute positively to the efficiency of the business. Duties may be adjusted from time to time as needed to support company operations.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
