Location: Chakan & Bhosari MIDC, Pune (Field JOB)

CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (70% Fixed + 30% Performance-Based Incentives)
Joining: Immediate (within 15 days preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in field sales, cold outreach, and closing high-value deals for IT services / Digital Marketing solutions / Website Marketing.
This role is for hunters, not farmers. If you love closing deals, chasing targets, and building revenue pipelines—this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities (Action-Driven)
- Own and achieve monthly & annual sales targets (100% performance-driven role)
- Spend 90% time on-field meeting prospects & clients
- Daily cold calling + follow-ups (Minimum 80% outbound lead generation)
- Generate new business for:
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- Performance Marketing
- Video, Content
- CRM & Automation
- Company-to-company visits
- Identify new prospects via Google, IndiaMART, Justdial
- Book meetings with decision-makers & close deals end-to-end
- Create and present proposals, quotations & sales decks (PPTs)
- Negotiate commercials, finalize orders & collect payments
- Drive cross-sell & upsell with existing clients
- Maintain CRM updates & sales pipeline hygiene
- Stay updated with trends in Digital Marketing & IT Services
- Actively contribute to the revenue growth of the location

- Strong spoken & written English
- Confident phone presence & consultative selling skills
- High energy, aggressive closer mindset
- Comfortable with pressure, targets & deadlines
- Excellent planning, prioritization & time management
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services & IT solutions
- Local area knowledge (Pune / Mumbai markets)
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience in:
- IT Services
- Digital Marketing Agency
- SaaS / Digital Products
- IndiaMART / Justdial / Online Lead Portals
- Proven track record of monthly target achievement
- Strong numbers orientation & revenue ownership
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Immediate joiner (within 15 days)
- Own vehicle mandatory (except Mumbai location)
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in:
- IT Service Sales
- Digital Marketing Sales
- Website / SEO / Ads Sales
- Lead Portals like IndiaMART will be given high preference
