Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator for WPC manufacturing operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating Extrusion, Foam Board, Door Frame, or Lamination Machines and must have good knowledge of production processes, machine handling, formulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor WPC/PVC Extrusion, Foam Board, Door Frame, and Lamination Machines.
• Handle machine setup, parameter settings, and production operations efficiently.
• Prepare and monitor raw material batches as per standard formulations.
• Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
• Control extrusion parameters, temperature profiles, calibration, cooling, haul-off, cutting, and lamination processes.
• Perform routine machine inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve quality issues such as surface defects, thickness variation, poor adhesion, bubbles, wrinkles, and dimensional variations.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in operating WPC/PVC extrusion and related machines.
• Good knowledge of PVC Resin, Wood Flour, CaCO₃, Stabilizers, Lubricants, Foaming Agents, Processing Aids, Adhesives, Pigments, and Additives.
• Knowledge of extrusion parameters, die setting, calibration, cooling, sizing, cutting, and lamination operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and quality-related issues.
• Understanding of production planning, quality standards, and machine safety.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in WPC/PVC/Plastic/HDPE/HDPP industry.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
