We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can contribute to the growth and implementation of the organization’s initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for supporting outreach, partnerships, project coordination, administration, and operational execution across various programs and initiatives undertaken by the organization.

The role requires someone who can build relationships, coordinate projects, manage operational activities, and assist in expanding the organization’s reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Partnerships

• Identify and approach schools, corporates, hospitals, institutions, and potential partners for collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to introduce the organization’s initiatives and programs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Explore opportunities for brand associations, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives.

Program & Project Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of projects and programs undertaken by the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Maintain project records, reports, documentation, and communication.

Operations & Administration

• Assist in managing operational activities related to various projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and execution of materials or products related to programs.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and operational efficiency.

Organizational Growth Support

• Contribute ideas and efforts towards expanding the reach and impact of the organization.
• Assist in developing new collaborations, outreach opportunities, and program expansion.
• Support activities that help strengthen the organization’s presence and partnerships.

Field Work & Travel

• Travel for client meetings, institutional visits, partnership discussions, and program execution when required.
• Represent the organization at events, meetings, and awareness programs.

Required Skills

Technical & Computer Skills

• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms to assist with research, drafting communications, documentation, and improving work efficiency.

Qualification

• MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred
