Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all HR functions for the firm as the sole HR professional
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Handle HR reporting, analytics, and operational support
• Partner directly with leadership on HR strategy and organizational needs
• Address employee issues and guide on HR matters
• Support company administration and operational initiatives
• Assist with process improvements and internal operations
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism across the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting through social media management and HR sourcing tools like iCIMS or Taleo.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro or Ceridian for data entry and payroll processing.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading organizational change initiatives and training & development programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data collection and reporting. Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
