Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive organizational growth through effective workforce planning, employee development, and change management strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all HR functions for the firm as the sole HR professional
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Handle HR reporting, analytics, and operational support
- Partner directly with leadership on HR strategy and organizational needs
- Address employee issues and guide on HR matters
- Support company administration and operational initiatives
- Assist with process improvements and internal operations
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting through social media management and HR sourcing tools like iCIMS or Taleo.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro or Ceridian for data entry and payroll processing.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading organizational change initiatives and training & development programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data collection and reporting. Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
