Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering consistent retention, growth, and maintaining a good reputation in the geography you manage. As an exceptional sales/business development cum account management leader, you will lead a high-impact business in an all-round manner. Your role will involve caring for, retaining, and growing existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers. You will be in charge of motivating and managing the team, delivering consistent numerical results, and representing the SuperTeacher & XSEED brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-impact business encompassing care, retention, and growth of existing customers
- Drive sales to acquire new customers
- Motivate and manage the team effectively
- Ensure consistent delivery of numerical results
- Represent the SuperTeacher & XSEED brand
Qualifications Required:
- MBA with 6-12 years of experience
- Experience in both big company and start-up environments
- Previous customer-facing roles in a B2B context, preferably in industries with some selling complexity like Education, Medical Devices, or Telecom
- High-energy, communicative, outgoing individual with leadership qualities and ethical values
- Capable of handling farming sales, hunting sales, and growing a business
- Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to work in an innovative pioneer team
