Marketing Appointment Setter

We're looking for adventurious people building a high-energy outbound calling team focused on one mission: getting the right people on the calendar for a free marketing consultation. You'll work a mix of cold and warm leads, spark genuine conversations, and set the stage for our marketing team to deliver real results for business owners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using CRM software tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Engage with potential customers through warm calling and telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our products and services
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their suitability for our solutions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to address client questions, overcome objections, and close interest into scheduled appointments
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting efficiency

Experience/requirments:

• Likes to talk to people on the phone
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and value propositions
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and business development within a fast-paced environment
• Experience is not a requirement but its a plus if you are familiar with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and lead qualification processes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to reaching targets and managing time effectively
