Role Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Factory Workers / Packers to support the production and packaging of Licksters’ premium real-fruit popsicles and ice creams. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, hygiene, and timely dispatch to stores across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging & Handling:
- Pack popsicles, ice creams, and related products as per defined SOPs
- Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and batch identification
- Quality & Hygiene:
- Maintain strict hygiene standards while handling food products
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
- Report any contamination or quality issues immediately
- Production Support:
- Assist in basic production activities like mould handling, demoulding, and shifting products
- Support kitchen/prep team when required
- Storage & Dispatch:
- Organize finished goods in cold storage as per guidelines
- Assist in order preparation and dispatch coordination
- Discipline & Compliance:
- Follow shift timings, instructions, and factory rules strictly
- Wear uniforms, gloves, caps, and safety gear as required
Key Requirements:
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene (food industry preferred)
- Ability to work in cold storage and production environments
- Physically active and able to stand/work for long hours
- Team player with a responsible and sincere attitude
- Willingness to work on weekends/peak seasons when required
