Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Factory Workers / Packers to support the production and packaging of Licksters’ premium real-fruit popsicles and ice creams. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, hygiene, and timely dispatch to stores across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Handling:
• Pack popsicles, ice creams, and related products as per defined SOPs
• Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and batch identification
• Quality & Hygiene:
• Maintain strict hygiene standards while handling food products
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
• Report any contamination or quality issues immediately
• Production Support:
• Assist in basic production activities like mould handling, demoulding, and shifting products
• Support kitchen/prep team when required
• Storage & Dispatch:
• Organize finished goods in cold storage as per guidelines
• Assist in order preparation and dispatch coordination
• Discipline & Compliance:
• Follow shift timings, instructions, and factory rules strictly
• Wear uniforms, gloves, caps, and safety gear as required

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene (food industry preferred)
• Ability to work in cold storage and production environments
• Physically active and able to stand/work for long hours
• Team player with a responsible and sincere attitude
• Willingness to work on weekends/peak seasons when required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
