Job Title: Construction Civil Project Manager

Location: Jalandhar / US Projects (as applicable)

US Night Shift: 7:30PM - 5:30AM ( 1 hour break including)

Experience: 8–15+ years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction and development projects for XLNC Builder. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, vendor coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance
• Track project progress and resolve on-site and operational issues
• Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
• Manage resource allocation and vendor payments
• Prepare and present project status reports to management
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture
• 2–15+ years of experience in project management (construction/real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, BOQs, drawings, and contracts
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, Project Management tools, and reporting
• Experience with US projects (ADU / residential / commercial) is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to US construction standards and remote project handling
• Startup or fast-growing organization experience

• Senior-level package – compensation will be discussed based on experience and expertise
