: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule

: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled recruiter to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
• Execute recruiting strategies for a variety of roles
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Source talent using job boards and social media platforms

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffing
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Proven ability to build professional relationships
