Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales team members. You should have 3-6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in outbound prospecting activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of activity and productivity, tracking daily and weekly sales activities to achieve set targets.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM software with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Utilizing prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless, and Apollo to identify and research potential clients.
  • Conducting market research and data building to identify new opportunities and target market segments.
  • Demonstrating quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Passionately pursuing sales and lead generation goals, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft creative and compelling messaging.
  • Positive attitude, go-getter mentality, and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Apollo.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective market research and build prospect data.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and SAAS product-based sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
