Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer (AI UX, Workflows, Insights) who blends deep user empathy, design thinking, and strong UI/UX capabilities to craft intuitive experiences for AI agents, workflows, and enterprise insights.
This is not just another design role. You will shape the next generation of Copilot experiences, Agent Activity Viewers, Workflow Builders, and Insight Dashboards across XenonStack's Agentic AI ecosystem. If you are passionate about turning complex systems into simple, elegant experiences – this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
AI UX & Copilot Experience
- Design intuitive AI Copilot UIs for enterprise users across functional domains (SRE, GRC, FinOps, SOC, etc.)
- Create interaction models for agent reasoning, step-by-step traces, and task orchestration
Workflow & Automation Design
- Build user-friendly workflow builders enabling visual orchestration of agent tasks, triggers, and conditions
- Prototype end-to-end flows for automation, decision-making, and multi-agent interactions
Agent Activity Viewer
- Design interfaces that display agent behaviors, activity logs, insights, and decision pathways
- Focus on transparency, explainability, and user trust
Insights & Dashboards
- Develop clean, insightful dashboard experiences visualizing KPIs, anomalies, predictions, and system/agent-level insights
- Collaborate with data engineering and AI teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of visualizations
Onboarding & Consistency
- Craft intuitive onboarding, walkthroughs, and guided flows for new users
- Maintain visual consistency, design language, and UX patterns across all XenonStack products
Prototyping & Collaboration
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools
- Work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Frontend Developers
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools
- Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys
- Understanding of AI-assisted UX, explainability, and human–AI interaction patterns
- Strong visual design skills with pixel-perfect attention to detail
- You must use AI tools daily – not occasionally, daily (Copilot, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.)
Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise domains like SRE, DevOps, GRC, SOC, FinOps, or data platforms
- Familiarity with AI concepts – RAG, agents, reasoning models, or dashboards
- Experience building workflow editors, low-code/no-code builders, or automation tools
- Understanding of usability testing methods and UX research frameworks
Work Details
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days a week
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Interview: Technical round is onsite only – no virtual mode
Are You the One?
We are not looking for someone who just gets the job done – we are looking for someone who raises the bar.
This role is for an individual contributor who takes full ownership, obsesses over outcomes, and grows by doing. If you need hand-holding, this is not the right fit. But if you walk into ambiguity and walk out with clarity – you will thrive here.
Ask yourself:
- Do I design with intent, not just aesthetics?
- Do I use AI every single day to work smarter and faster?
- Do I own my work end-to-end – from first sketch to final pixel?
- Am I hungry to grow, not just perform?
If yes to all – apply. We are waiting for you.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Benefits
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Provident Fund
Work Location: In person
