To excel in this role, you should have a great eye for design with a strong conversion focus. You must possess a strong working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc. Additionally, you should have outstanding web graphic design skills and a solid understanding of web designing best practices for e-commerce websites.
Moreover, you should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to be creative, flexible, and detail-oriented under daily deadlines with multiple projects. Having web designing and some front-end development skills like HTML/CSS/JS coding knowledge would be a plus.
