We’re looking for a creative and culturally aware Hospitality / Food Copywriter to develop compelling written content across restaurant brands, hospitality experiences, food campaigns and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of food, dining culture, storytelling and social media-led communication, with the ability to translate culinary experiences into engaging, brand-led narratives.

This role will work closely with marketing, design, chefs, operations and social teams to shape how the brand communicates across all touchpoints.

Work-from-the-Office ONLY (Monday-Saturday) opportunity.

Being a MUMBAI RESIDENT is mandatory.

Experience

Someone with 1-3 years in a creative role with a portfolio that explicitly showcases work for luxury, premium alco-bev, beauty, fashion, or hospitality brands. You must demonstrate a clear understanding of aspirational storytelling.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Develop engaging copy for menus, campaigns, websites, social media, newsletters, press notes and brand communications
• Write food-led storytelling content, including features, interviews, chef narratives, launches and experiential concepts
• Create compelling product descriptions, promotional campaigns and hospitality-led marketing collateral
• Collaborate with chefs, creative teams and marketing stakeholders to translate culinary ideas into consumer-facing communication
• Support content strategy for social media, digital campaigns and brand partnerships
• Assist in ideation and naming for dishes, concepts, events and campaigns
• Work closely with PR and media teams on launches, editorial features and storytelling opportunities
• Ensure all copy is accurate, grammatically strong, on-brand and delivered within timelines
