AI Digital Marketing Assistant — 8 Week Canada Summer Jobs Role

We’re hiring for an 8-week AI Digital Marketing Assistant role, funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is already using AI to create, build, design, market, automate, and move quickly. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, creative, and genuinely excited by the speed at which AI is changing digital marketing, design, websites, and business systems.

You’ll support our team across:

• Website building and updates
• AI-assisted website design and landing page creation
• SEO research and implementation
• Digital marketing campaigns
• AI-assisted content creation
• Graphic design and marketing materials
• Brand and marketing assets
• Social media content and campaign support
• Research, strategy, and execution
• Creative problem-solving using AI tools
• Building simple AI-supported systems, workflows, or automations

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience using tools such as:

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for research, writing, strategy, and ideation
• Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar tools for building websites, prototypes, or AI-supported digital products
• Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar website platforms
• Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
• Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or other AI image/video tools
• Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools for systems, workflows, and automation
• SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms

You do not need to know every tool listed. What matters most is that you are a fast learner, can figure things out, and have real examples of how you have already used AI to build, design, market, automate, or improve something.

We do not just want to hear that you are “interested in AI” — we want to see what you have built, tested, created, improved, or launched.

Examples could include:

• A website or landing page built with AI support
• A marketing campaign created using AI tools
• SEO research or content strategy developed with AI
• Graphic design or brand assets created with AI assistance
• A social media content system
• An automation workflow
• A chatbot, AI assistant, or AI-supported business tool
• A prototype for a digital product
• A case study showing how AI helped you move faster, improve quality, or solve a real problem

Eligibility — Canada Summer Jobs

This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. To be eligible, you must:

• Be between 15 and 30 years of age, inclusive, at the start of employment
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
• Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
