Are you a tech-savvy creative who understands that great design needs to drive sales? We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & E-commerce Generalist to join our team.

In our fast-paced commercial apparel and catalog business, we don't just need someone to make things look good—we need someone who can build and manage the digital storefronts where those visuals live. If you know your way around high-end catalog layouts and typography, but can seamlessly switch gears to optimize an Amazon listing or update a Shopify theme, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visual Design: Create sharp, high-resolution graphics for our web presence, digital magazine layouts, promotional banners, and commercial apparel catalogs.
• E-commerce Management: Take ownership of our Shopify storefront. Update website content, manage inventory uploads, and ensure the site runs flawlessly.
• Marketplace Operations: Handle our Amazon Seller Central account, including creating compelling product listings, A+ content, and managing day-to-day store operations.
• Listing Optimization: Write and format product descriptions, ensuring all web and marketplace listings are optimized for search and conversion.
• Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to person for routine website maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and general digital problem-solving.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly preferred. However, we are open to candidates from other streams if you possess a strong, proven track record in both web management and graphic design.
• Design Chops: Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) with a keen eye for professional aesthetics, sharp typography, and high-quality photo presentation.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and Amazon Seller Central.
• Technical Agility: Comfortable diving into website backends, understanding basic web architecture, and optimizing digital presence.
• The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver. You don't wait for tasks; you look for ways to improve the user experience and streamline our e-commerce operations.
