Job Description
As an HR professional at WSP in India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Central European HR Leadership Team by providing strategic coordination, project management, talent acquisition market research, and regional alignment. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Executive Support & Project Management (50%)**
- Translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through on critical Central European HR initiatives.
- Track and monitor progress of projects across multiple countries and drive accountability for timely completion of key priorities.
- Organize logistics for regional leadership meetings, facilitate meetings, and maintain project dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Serve as a key liaison between Central Europe HR and global HR Centers of Excellence.
- Follow up on project deliverables with stakeholders and ensure compliance with global HR policies.
- **Talent Acquisition Market Research & Intelligence (35%)**
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and support the Head of Talent Acquisition with data-driven insights.
- Create talent landscape reports, track recruitment metrics, and maintain talent intelligence databases for critical roles in Central Europe.
- Identify process improvements to recruitment based on market insights and compliance requirements.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management (15%)**
- Develop presentations that effectively communicate complex information to leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely communication of global policy updates to regional stakeholders.
- *Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational organizations.
- Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, presentation design, data analysis, and HR systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in offshore/global delivery models for HR services.
- Knowledge of Central European employment laws and talent markets.
- HR analytics or talent intelligence certification.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and Agile project management methodologies.
