Based in Montreal, QC, this Project Manager role places you at the heart of multidisciplinary engineering and environmental work shaping communities across Québec. From project planning to delivery, you'll be part of the engine that helps our project leaders bring bold ideas to life - with precision, clarity, and purpose.
Your Impact
- Support project lifecycle execution - from startup to closeout - ensuring quality, accuracy, and momentum across deliverables.
- Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and schedules, helping project teams stay aligned, informed, and on target.
- Collaborate with other project managers, technical specialists, and business partners to translate project requirements into clear, actionable tasks and guide project coordinators.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, draft work orders, review invoices, and support procurement logistics.
- Maintain project records using required document control systems to ensure visibility, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Prepare project communications, meeting documentation, and client correspondence that help teams move forward with confidence.
- Support the development of health and safety requirements and project-specific safety plans.
- Facilitate team logistics such as travel, mobilization, and field coordination.
- Assist with change order preparation, project notifications, and administrative control tasks that keep complex programs running smoothly.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- University or advanced degree in environmental studies, sciences, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Full proficiency in French - Both Spoken and written
- Ability to navigate project management principles (PMI) and quickly adapt to evolving processes.
- Strong organizational instincts - you notice the details others miss, and you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that helps teams anticipate issues before they arise.
- Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and technical partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Oracle or Power BI is an asset.
- Experience in consulting, field logistics, procurement, mining, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors is an advantage.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
