Key Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition: Own and drive new logo acquisition across global markets with complete revenue and pipeline accountability.
Outbound Prospecting: Build and execute an end-to-end outbound strategy utilizing cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and ecosystem networking.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the full sales funnel independently: initial contact \rightarrow deep discovery \rightarrow solution shaping \rightarrow commercial negotiation \rightarrow closure.
Value-Driven Positioning: Analyze client business challenges at depth to position value-led, outcome-oriented technology offerings.
Executive Relationship Building: Engage confidently with Founders, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Product/Engineering as a credible commercial peer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft highly differentiated, winning proposals.
Role Requirements (Must-Haves)
Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
Experience: 3–5 years of B2B IT services sales experience with a consistent, demonstrable track record of opening new logos.
Mindset: A true hunter mindset—someone who opens doors independently and thrives in a high-autonomy, low-structure environment where you define your own rhythm.
Executive Presence: Demonstrated experience engaging, influencing, and closing deals at the CXO, founder, and senior technology leadership levels.
Network: Strong existing network within enterprise technology and business groups.
Mobility: Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur, holding a valid passport and ready to travel internationally to the UK/US markets.
Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Haves)
Prior experience selling to or managing client relationships within the UK or US markets.
Strong familiarity with offshore-onsite delivery models and how to position them to global clients.
Exposure to AI, data analytics, and digital transformation offerings, with the ability to frame them as business solutions.
An academic or professional background in IT or Finance is a strong plus.
Prior experience at a product engineering, IT services, or consulting firm with a global clientele.
