KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and incentive programs aligned with market trends and business goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, gratuity, PF, bonuses, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Support payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments, and bonus cycles in coordination with payroll and finance teams.
• Analyze compensation data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Drive annual compensation processes including appraisals, promotions, and rewards planning.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies, ensuring clarity and resolution.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align compensation strategies with workforce planning.
• Continuously review and improve C&B policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATION

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years’ experience in C&B along with Performance Management exposure.
• Relationship management, negotiating and consulting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of C&B programs and contemporary trends in the marketplace
• Experience of project management and execution under pressured deadlines
• Strong understanding of performance management techniques and best practices.
• Experience with working in a global / matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Stake holder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
