You understand how to balance creative intent with color science and are comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.<br><br>You communicate clearly, work independently, and take ownership of both the technical and visual quality of your work. This is an opportunity to contribute to a scalable, standardized grading workflow across a global production ecosystem.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></span></p> <ul class="_60654eee _0abc446e"> <li>Ingest and manage ProRes sequences within DaVinci Resolve</li> <li>Match hero/wide shots precisely to provided reference stills (JPGs)</li> <li>Ensure consistent grading across all shots by matching to the hero frame</li> <li>Work within Juan Pablo’s 2499 DRT (DCTL) pipeline</li> <li>Deliver final outputs in Rec.709 for broadcast and digital use</li> <li>Build and deliver complete timeline setups, including full node trees for client-side adjustments</li> <li>Participate in live client review sessions, making real-time grading changes</li> <li>Manage DCTL tools and workflows (including sourcing from platforms like GitHub)</li> <li>Maintain clean project organization and file management standards</li> <li>Collaborate with global teams using tools like Frame.io</li> <li>Contribute to defining and improving a standardized grading workflow across projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements </strong><strong>Experience </strong></p> <ul class="_60654eee _0abc446e"> <li>3–5+ years of professional color grading experience</li> <li>Background in commercial, brand, fashion, or lifestyle content</li> <li>Experience working in live client grading/review sessions</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate in remote, international teams</li> <li>Strong portfolio/showreel of relevant work</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills </strong></p> <ul class="_60654eee _0abc446e"> <li>DaVinci Resolve – Advanced (mandatory)</li> <li>Node-based grading workflows – Advanced</li> <li>ProRes formats (4444 / 422 HQ) – Proficient</li> <li>LUTs, DCTLs &amp; pipeline integration – Proficient</li> <li>Display Rendering Transforms (DRT) – Working knowledge</li> <li>Rec.709 delivery standards – Proficient</li> <li>Shot matching &amp; reference-based grading – Advanced</li> <li>Log workflows (S-Log, C-Log, D-Log, etc.) – Proficient</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have: </strong></p> <ul class="_60654eee _0abc446e"> <li>Familiarity with Juan Pablo’s 2499 DRT</li> <li>HDR grading experience</li> <li>Experience with Frame.io</li> <li>Basic GitHub usage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills </strong></p> <ul class="_60654eee _0abc446e"> <li>Strong attention to detail and visual consistency</li> <li>Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Collaborative and proactive mindset</li> <li>Adaptability in fast-moving, feedback-driven environments</li> <li>Fluency in English (written and spoken)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why work here: </strong>At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
