This role works closely with internal and external teams to meet—and anticipate—the needs of our staff, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, upbeat, customer-experience-focused, and has an interest in production.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and visitors, serving as a welcoming and friendly first point of contact</li> <li>Coordinate food and beverage service for edit sessions, client meetings, and staff meetings</li> <li>Maintain and stock kitchens, including shopping for and ordering supplies as needed</li> <li>Place and pick up food orders</li> <li>Keep common areas tidy, welcoming, and presentable</li> <li>Set up and break down office events, including company-wide meetings and happy hours</li> <li>Ensure kitchens, edit suites, and conference rooms are consistently stocked, clean, and in working order</li> <li>Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail in a timely and organized manner</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the team and manage day-to-day office needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a professional setting in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or catering</li> <li>Event coordination experience is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated</li> <li>Able to take direction well</li> <li>Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders</li> <li>Flexible to come in early or stay late on occasion, as needed</li> </ul> <p>The hourly pay for this position at the time of this posting may range from $16.83 to $36.06. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
