Key Responsibilities

• Understand buyer requirements, technical packs (Tech Packs), and product specifications in detail.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams to develop samples within agreed timelines.
• Ensure timely submission of Proto, Fit, Pre-Production (PP), and Shipment Samples.
• Follow up with buyers for approvals, feedback, comments, and clarifications throughout the order cycle.
• Follow up with sourcing team for fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and delivery commitments at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to proactively address and resolve quality concerns.
• Qualifications & Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes and fashion merchandising principles.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida and efficiently manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• A diploma or degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field will be an added advantage.
