Job Description
Become an integral part of our Quality team as a Quality Control Inspector. Utilize your CWB certification to ensure quality standards in welding and construction while working primarily in the Edmonton area. This full-time role requires expertise in fabrication, documentation management, and visual inspections of welds. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will assess compliance with codes and client requirements across shop and field locations. Your contributions will enhance quality assurance and control within a reputable construction environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to fabrication, PWHT, and NDE requirements
- Conduct visual inspections and verify heat numbers
- Document reports, logs, and quality certifications
- Build and prepare hydro-testing and pressure test packages
- Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for accuracy Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- CWB Level 1 or 2 Welding Certificate necessary
- Strong understanding of welding processes and codes
- Related experience in Industrial Oil & Gas required
