Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead QA and automation and manual testing responsibilities within the team. Translate high-level business goals into test plans. Adhere to clean code principles. Ensure platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment. Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure zero-downtime deployments. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for microservices. Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or similar. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure test coverage and quality goals are met. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Monitor and analyze test results, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in Java and experience testing microservices-based architectures. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or similar. Familiarity with API testing, Postman, Swagger, and contract testing tool Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to have: Experience on Pact Testing Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS). Your future starts here.
