Web Developer Next.js + Node.js (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js) to take ownership of frontend architecture and API-driven application development for our SaaS-based CRM/ERP platform.

This role focuses on building scalable dashboards, performance-optimized interfaces, and structured multi-tenant UI systems. The ideal candidate understands enterprise workflows and writes production-grade code — not template-based implementations.

You will work closely with backend architecture and product leadership to modernize and scale our web platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance applications using Next.js (latest version)
• Design structured, reusable, and scalable frontend architecture
• Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and dynamic API-based rendering
• Integrate secure REST APIs with authentication flows
• Develop and maintain Node.js backend services where required
• Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL for data-driven dashboards
• Implement role-based UI rendering and multi-tenant SaaS logic
• Optimize performance, bundle size, and page load speed
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Maintain clean code, modular structure, and Git workflow discipline

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Next.js
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Advanced JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge
• API integration & asynchronous programming expertise
• Experience building admin dashboards / CRM / ERP interfaces
• State management (Redux / Context API / Zustand)
• Authentication & authorization implementation
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Version control using Git

Nice to Have

• React Native experience
• Tailwind / Material UI / Ant Design
• Experience in SaaS multi-tenancy frontend logic
• Performance optimization in large-scale applications
• AWS deployment knowledge
