Experienced Branch Territory Manager with 5+ years in sales and operations management, including 3 years in team management. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing branch operations, and leading high-performing teams in the BFSI/Fintech sector. Expertise in risk compliance, relationship management with lending partners, and cross-selling products.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving AUM targets and business development. Proficient in local languages and market dynamics.
Job Title: Branch Territory Manager Education:
Bachelors degree required (Graduation) or above in any stream. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 3 years in handling group of branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Own City P&L and Drive Scalable Growth :
Lead end-to-end city performance with full accountability for AUM, revenue, and profitability through strong acquisition, retention, and demand generation strategies.
Lead Multi-Branch Operations Excellence Ensure seamless operations across all branches with strict adherence to SOPs, TATs, and process governance, maintaining zero operational gaps.
Drive Strategic Business Planning & Demand Generation
Develop and execute city-level plans, drive BTL initiatives, and build scalable offline sourcing channels to ensure consistent lead flow and high conversion.
Execute Branch Expansion & Network Growth
Identify high-potential micro-markets, finalize properties, and lead end-to-end branch setup and launches with speed, quality, and compliance. Build and Lead High-Performance Teams
Hire, develop, and manage strong teams across branches while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
Drive Productivity, Performance & Customer Excellence
Maximize branch and team productivity, improve conversion metrics, and ensure superior customer experience with strong retention focus.
Ensure Strong Risk, Audit & Compliance Governance
Maintain highest standards of gold safety, portfolio quality, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across all branches.
Drive Data-Led Decisions & Channel Expansion
Leverage data insights, monitor competition, optimize costs, and build strong partner ecosystems (banks, NBFCs, DSAs) to scale business sustainably.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Should be good at relationship management across various stakeholders (Customer, Channel partner, Internal team, cross functional)
Local language proficiency and geography knowledge are preferred.
Ideal Persona:
Should be a graduate or above in any stream.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 3 years in handling a set of branches
Hands- experience on appraisal & customer experience.
Candidates from BFSI/Fintech would be an ideal fit.
Strong background in the BFSI lending business is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
