Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Barracuda Networks, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market success for the Application Security portfolio. Your role will involve owning end-to-end product launches, developing clear value propositions, and leading cross-functional launch planning with various teams. You will create high-impact sales enablement assets, define core messaging frameworks, and contribute to broader product marketing initiatives. Your experience in Product Marketing, cybersecurity, application security, or cloud/SaaS platforms will be crucial for this role.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Own end-to-end product launches for the Application Security portfolio, including positioning, messaging, naming, packaging, and launch readiness.
  • Develop clear value propositions and differentiation for application security use cases such as web application protection, API security, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
  • Produce launch deliverables including launch briefs, FAQs, internal announcements, and external messaging.
  • Create high-impact sales enablement assets including pitch decks, solution overviews, battle cards, objection handling guides, demos narratives, and talk tracks.
  • Define and maintain core messaging frameworks for the application security product line.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and build competitive positioning and battle cards against key market players.
  • Act as the voice of the market to Product Management by sharing customer insights, field feedback, and competitive learnings.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams on campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, application security, or cloud/SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and sales enablement in a B2B technology environment.
  • Excellent understanding of application security concepts (e.g., WAF, API security, vulnerabilities, DevSecOps, CI/CD security).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Experience supporting global sales teams and partners.
  • Proven experience with application security buyers (AppSec, DevOps, Security Operations).
  • Exposure to channel-first or MSP-led go-to-market models.
  • Prior experience supporting analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
  • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
