About Us

We are launching a modern commercial print and marketing company in Vaughan focused on providing high-quality print solutions to businesses throughout the GTA. Our primary services include flyers, brochures, postcards, business cards, presentation materials, direct mail campaigns, booklets, and marketing collateral.

Unlike traditional print shops, our focus is on customer service, organization, fast turnaround times, and providing a professional experience for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Print Production & Operations Manager to help build and operate the business from the ground up.

Position Overview

This is a leadership role for someone with significant experience in commercial print production and print shop operations.

The successful candidate will assist with equipment selection, workflow design, production processes, vendor relationships, staff training, quality control, and day-to-day operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a new operation from the beginning and have meaningful input into the company's future direction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day print production operations
  • Assist with equipment selection and implementation
  • Design efficient production workflows
  • Train and supervise production staff
  • Manage scheduling and production timelines
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained
  • Work with suppliers and equipment vendors
  • Estimate production requirements and job costs
  • Troubleshoot production issues and equipment challenges
  • Monitor inventory levels and ordering requirements
  • Assist ownership with operational planning and growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial print production
  • Experience operating or managing digital production presses
  • Strong knowledge of print finishing equipment
  • Experience with commercial printing workflows and estimating
  • Understanding of paper stocks, finishing methods, and production processes
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, Duplo, MBM, or similar equipment is considered an asset
