Total Compensation Range: $15,000 - $18,000 USD

Base Salary Range: $9000 - $12,000 OTE: $6000

Our client builds advanced video-analytics and agentic systems for global manufacturing floors — helping the world’s largest factories (including luxury goods manufacturers and major auto companies) optimize worker performance and operational efficiency.

We’re not iterating on existing tech — we’re building things that didn’t exist before.

  • Nearly $1M ARR (≈$900k+).
  • Raising Series A internally targeted for Feb–Mar.
  • Working directly with top global manufacturers (e.g., Louis Vuitton’s manufacturing partners).

Recent breakthroughs:

  • Few-shot models: onboarding time dropped from 6 weeks 2 hours.
  • Automated performance-analysis agents replacing 4+ human analysts at client factories.

This role will own the entire growth pipeline for our client, focusing on getting manufacturers' attention and convincing them to work with us. The position requires a charismatic individual who can attend conferences, meet people in person, and close high-ticket deals. The role involves 70% desk work (outreach, cold calls, LinkedIn messaging) and 30% traveling to conferences and meeting potential clients in person.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable with enterprise sales cycles and working with legacy industries like manufacturing.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in customer-facing roles
  • Enterprise sales experience with longer deal cycles and larger contracts
  • Experience selling in legacy industries (banking, manufacturing, or similar traditional sectors)
