Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production, quality control, workforce management, and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
• Monitor product quality and maintain manufacturing standards.
• Manage factory workforce, supervisors, and machine operators.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, dispatch, and management teams.
• Reduce wastage and improve material utilization.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of machinery.
• Implement and maintain production SOPs.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and work-in-progress stock.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and operational discipline.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, doors, door frames, modular interiors, plywood, laminates, or related industries will be preferred.
• Candidates from other manufacturing backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
