Role Details

• Pay Rate: $17.50
• Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00/hour premium for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Job Location: Leesburg
• Position Type: Full-time & Part-time

Opportunities for Increased Earnings:

Your Responsibilities

Every day presents new challenges. You'll master multiple roles, enhance your skills, and make a genuine impact.

Create Amazing Food

• Prepare menu items to Wonder's standards while ensuring stations are clean, stocked, and organized
• Adhere to HACCP and food-safety guidelines regarding temperature and storage
• Manage inventory, portion accurately, and verify every order before dispatch

Deliver Incredible Hospitality

• Warmly greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and inquiries via the Wonder app
• Share knowledge about our culinary concepts and assist with meal-kit and delivery operations
• Participate in light local marketing activities (such as distributing flyers or engaging with the community)

Maintain Cleanliness and Order

• Ensure top-tier sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Clean and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment during your shift
• Properly manage waste and recycling, reporting equipment issues as needed

Be a Key Team Player

• Support your teammates, jump in where necessary, and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your development is valued

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer service role
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and clear verbal communication
• Team-oriented with fundamental knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift
• Availability for weekend shifts is a must
