The Integrated Campaign and Content Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement and driving participation in key events. This role will harness your creativity to promote pivotal events and transform thought leadership into impactful, campaign-ready content.
You will take charge of building and executing innovative campaigns, generating compelling content from webinars and interviews, and ensuring that all marketing programs are delivered clearly and consistently across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Ownership (Primary Focus)
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end execution of our event marketing campaigns, including:
- CCH Connections (our flagship event)
- CCH Innovations (a prospecting event)
- Other event initiatives (e.g., GetWise, ATX Virtual Conference)
- Create and implement essential campaign components such as:
- Email marketing strategies
- Landing pages and registration processes
- Supporting promotional materials
- Manage timelines and coordinate with Demand Generation and other teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and alignment with objectives
- Build and update campaign-related web pages using established templates and standards as part of campaign execution
2. Thought Leadership & Content Activation
- Transform internal content into valuable marketing assets, including:
- Webinars – creating email copy, landing page content, and short-form assets
- Interviews – transforming into blog drafts, campaign messaging, and supporting content
- Long-form content – deriving campaign assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract key ideas and translate them into engaging, audience-targeted messaging
- Ensure that content is practical, deployable, and aligned with campaign needs
- Support campaign execution by developing and refining content across email, web, and other channels
What Success Looks Like
- Event campaigns are executed on schedule and contribute to registration targets
- Content sourced from webinars, interviews, etc., is consistently transformed into effective marketing assets
- Campaign elements are delivered with high quality, consistency, and minimal corrections
- Marketing programs are executed reliably and appear in the market as intended
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or content creation (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns through email, web, or digital platforms
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse formats
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and executing tasks with a high level of ownership
- Comfortable working with content sources such as webinars, interviews, or long-form materials
- Experience with marketing tools or CMS platforms is advantageous

Compensation
$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD
This role is eligible for a bonus.
The compensation range indicated is based on the position's primary location. Actual base salary offers are subject to a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and the hiring location. Your recruiter will provide more details about the specific offer during the hiring process.
