Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry
• Mature experience in working in agile teams using modern technologies in back-end dev, databases &

DevOps.

• Adopt new technologies and concepts quickly and should always be interested in new upcoming tools and

languages.

• Experience acting as a team leader for developers, including supervisory responsibilities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional,

cohesive code.

• Deep knowledge of architectural and design patterns for business tier web development
• Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Development of the backend services using Java, Spring boot
• Development and fine-tuning of SQL Queries
• Development of the front end applicaiton using latest versions of Angular or React
• Developing according to best practices and architecture defined the Architect Community
• Take a proactive role during backlog-refinement (grooming) sessions on solutions for the requested requirements.
• Solving incidents.
• Analyze and improve performance.
• Create documentation where appropriate.
• Planning and reporting on progress in accordance with Agile/SCRUM
• Work together with the front-end/back-end developers within the SCRUM teams. Proven experience, a mix of:
• Java 17+
• Spring Boot
• Angular 17+
• OOP and Design Patterns
• Microservices Architecture
• ANSI SQL for Oracle or MySQL
• Docker
• Amazon AWS Stack (ECS, Lambda, S3, KMS, Secret Manager etc.)
• Unit and Integration Test frameworks
• Debugging skills

Nice-to-have experience in:

• Linux
• Kubernetes
• Other Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe
• Atlassian Stack (BitBucket, SonarQube, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)
• GitHub Co-Pilot or similar

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
