Senior Associate - Nurse

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Active RN license (valid for at least 2 years; 5-year renewal cycle)

Minimum 1 year of bedside hospital experience OR 1 year of healthcare/BPO experience

Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing institution

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze patient history, medical records, and case files

Evaluate clinical information to support patient care decisions

Assist in medication review and care recommendations in line with established clinical guidelines (note: final prescriptions are determined by licensed physicians as per regulations)

Handle and process U.S. patient cases with accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare standards

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth case management

💬 Communication Requirements:

Candidates with decent communication skills are welcome to apply

This role focuses on non-voice processes, making it suitable for those who prefer backend or documentation-based work

⏰ Shift Details:

Shift Window: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (within a 12-hour window; 9-hour shift)

Flexible Shift Start Options: 5:30 PM / 7:30 PM / 8:30 PM

Weekly Offs: Any 2 days per week

Work From Home (WFH) opportunity available, enabling you to work comfortably and efficiently from your own space

📌 Notice Period:

Buyback option available for candidates serving notice (up to 30 days)
