Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, deep understanding of the OSCE, NCLEX-RN, CBT, MOH, HAAD, DHA exam pattern, and a genuine interest in mentoring future registered nurses to achieve global success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct CBT, MOH, HAAD, DHA, OSCE, NCLEX-RN training sessions (online and classroom modes)
• Prepare and update lesson plans, mock tests, and study materials aligned with current OSCE, NCLEX, CBT, MOH, HAAD, DHA standards
• Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and guidance
• Develop effective teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes
• Support the academic and marketing team during student orientations and demo sessions
• Stay updated with OSCE, NCLEX, CBT, MOH, HAAD, DHA exam pattern changes and integrate them into training
• Motivate students and ensure high pass rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license (US/NZ/Canada/Australia preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OSCE, NCLEX-RN, CBT, MOH, HAAD, DHA training or nursing education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in online teaching tools and digital learning platforms

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing fundamentals and clinical reasoning
• Empathetic and student-focused teaching approach
• Ability to develop engaging learning materials and test simulations
