.Net Developer - Lead Analyst - Dgtl. Trnf. (Gurugram)

As a Senior Software Developer at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role involves building and optimizing modular, cloud-native applications using .NET and C#. You will work on scalable systems that require performance, maintainability, and production-grade resilience. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing enterprise-grade modules using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API
• Building secure, scalable services for data processing, system integration, and workflow orchestration
• Integrating with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using services like Functions/Lambda, Blob/S3/Object Storage, Message Queues, Secrets Management, and Monitoring Tools
• Applying GenAI capabilities to extract structured data from unstructured documents such as invoices, forms, and contracts
• Optimizing SQL queries and schema design for high-volume transactional systems
• Implementing robust error handling, logging, and retry logic for production reliability
• Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Participating in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging sessions
• Contributing to technical assessments
• Mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in modular design and cloud development

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-10 years of qualified experience in software development, focusing on .NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Practical experience using GenAI models for tasks such as document data extraction, summarization, or classification
• Familiarity with serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and cloud storage patterns
• Deep understanding of SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS: indexing, joins, transactions, query optimization
• Experience building modular, testable codebases using SOLID principles
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging instincts and experience supporting production systems
• Ability to work independently and make sound architectural decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code platforms
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS design and secure API development
• Hands-on experience with Polly, Serilog, or custom middleware
• Familiarity with performance profiling, memory diagnostics, and observability tools
