Job Description
Job Title: Live Underwriter US Mortgage
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform live underwriting of US mortgage loan files
- Review credit, income, assets, liabilities & property documents
- Calculate DTI, LTV/CLTV/HCLTV, and assess borrower eligibility
- Make underwriting decisions (Approve / Conditional / Deny)
- Ensure compliance with investor & regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in US Mortgage Live Underwriting
- Strong knowledge of 4Cs (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)
- Good analytical & communication skills
- Willing to work in US shifts
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
