Job Description
We are Actively Hiring "Network Engineers" with strong networking fundamentals and hands-on experience in enterprise networking environments & Excellent Communication Skills. This role involves global support, network troubleshooting, and configuration management for large-scale infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years
- Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
- Certification: CCNA Preferred / Equivalent Networking Knowledge
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with 1-Week Notice Preferred.
- Mandatory Documents: Voter ID & Passport are compulsory to be eligible for this role.
Key Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of LAN / WAN / WLAN Technologies
- Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP (VXLAN is a plus)
- Firewall & Security hands-on experience
- Exposure to SD-WAN (Viptela, Silver Peak)
- Knowledge of MPLS Networks
- Experience with FortiGate, Nokia, Cradlepoint (Wireless)
- Cisco Devices: Catalyst, Nexus, WLAN
- Network troubleshooting & fault analysis
- ISP Site Installation & TTU (Test & Turn Up)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Configure and validate network setups for new installations & live site changes
- Provide L3 (3rd Line) Global Technical Support
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across WAN & LAN environments
- Perform routing, switching, and WLAN configurations
- Handle incident management, ticket resolution, and SLA delivery
- Coordinate with customers for requirement gathering & commissioning
- Execute site activation/deactivation and network rollout activities
- Support on-site engineers and ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely completion
