Role Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the execution of Strategy, AI, and Automation initiatives across commercial functions, ensuring enterprise alignment. Your role will involve managing portfolio, program, and project delivery across transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will be developing strategic presentations, business cases, and executive-level communication, and converting ideas into structured projects. Collaborating with technology and business teams on digital product and AI-led capability development will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, innovation, and operational excellence, overseeing complex, cross-functional programs to solve global business challenges and unlock growth. Using analytics and business intelligence, you will define KPIs, track performance, and influence senior stakeholders. Supporting change management, financial planning, and resource allocation for strategic initiatives will also be part of your role.

Qualification Required:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MTech, MSc, M.Pharm) or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on commercial operations, enterprise strategy, or transformation.
• Experience in global consulting firms (desirable 2+ years) in driving strategy, AI, digital transformation initiatives and managing executive-level communications.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing AI and automation strategies at a global scale, including collaboration with technology organizations and affiliate markets.
• Proven expertise in PPTs, excel, power BI, automation and AI tools - hands-on execution experience for MVP development.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that drive measurable business impact across global commercial functions.
• Deep understanding of global capability center operations and affiliate business environments, with a track record of influencing enterprise-wide decisions.
• Strong expertise in performance measurement, operational governance, and strategic business planning.
• Experience in LSS project deliveries using DMAIC, DFSS, Design Thinking frameworks. Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment across diverse teams, and lead through complexity and ambiguity.
