Frontend Web Designer

As a Frontend Web Designer at Wilyer, you will play a crucial role in converting Figma designs into production-ready, responsive, and conversion-focused web experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing Figma designs into responsive HTML and Tailwind CSS with pixel-perfect spacing, typography, and component hierarchy.
• Maintaining consistency with design tokens and brand systems while implementing hover, loading, error, empty, and interaction states.
• Developing and improving Wilyer's Astro-based marketing website, creating reusable components and page templates, and managing blogs, landing pages, and content sections.
• Building rapid Meta Ads and Google Ads landing pages, optimizing them for lead generation and conversion, and implementing A/B testing variations and CTA experiments.
• Implementing Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, configuring conversion events and tracking triggers, managing UTM tracking, and auditing tracking systems to avoid broken or duplicate events.
• Utilizing Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings to analyze user behavior, improve page UX, and enhance conversion performance based on insights.
• Connecting forms and pages to APIs, CRMs, and third-party services, handling API authentication and response states, and building reliable lead capture and webhook workflows.
• Optimizing Core Web Vitals, implementing lazy loading, responsive images, and caching, and ensuring fast loading across all devices and geographies.
• Building and maintaining RTL Arabic layouts, handling mirrored navigation, alignment, and component flows, and ensuring synchronization between LTR and RTL versions.
• Developing HTML-based digital signage interfaces for various purposes and supporting multiple aspect ratios.
• Designing responsive email templates, supporting various email clients, and maintaining brand consistency across all email communication.
• Using Claude Code for rapid frontend implementation, generating components, debugging code, and refining AI-generated output for production quality.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Astro, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in Figma-to-code implementation
• Mobile-first responsive web development skills
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, GTM, and analytics implementation
• Understanding of REST API and webhook integration
• Experience in RTL/LTR multilingual website implementation
• Practical usage of Claude Code or AI coding tools
• Strong design sensitivity and attention to detail

Preferred skills for this position include experience in digital signage or kiosk UI, knowledge of Microsoft Clarity or behavioral analytics tools, expertise in CDN optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements, HTML email development, SEO implementation, structured data implementation, and CRM and lead management.
