Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Technologist to join our client's creative team on a 10 month contract basis. This role will drive the strategic integration of AI technologies across the creative workflow, from initial briefs through final asset delivery. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how they create marketing assets, focusing on scaling production capabilities while maintaining quality standards and expanding creative diversity.

Duties

Scale: Implement AI solutions that dramatically increase creative output capacity

Quality: Maintain our client's high creative standards while leveraging AI efficiency

Diversity: Enable creation of broader, more varied asset libraries for testing and optimization

AI Integration and Strategy

• Identify and evaluate AI tools and technologies for creative workflows
• Develop AI-powered solutions for brief generation, creative development, and asset production
• Create frameworks for integrating AI into existing creative processes
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to creative production

Creative Development and Production

• Collaborate with creative teams to implement AI-assisted design workflows
• Optimize AI tools for generating diverse marketing assets across multiple formats
• Establish quality control processes for AI-generated content
• Support rapid prototyping and iteration of creative concepts using AI

Process Optimization

• Analyze current creative workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement scalable production pipelines incorporating AI tools
• Develop templates, prompts, and workflows that maintain brand consistency
• Create documentation and training materials for team adoption

Innovation and Experimentation

• Research and test new AI creative tools and methodologies
• Lead pilot programs for innovative AI applications in marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore AI applications
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, consultant may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Client. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Client to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in creative technology, digital marketing, or related field
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Understanding of creative production workflows and asset management
• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-integrated creative work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, sports betting, or entertainment industries
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and creative compliance
• Background in graphic design, video production, or digital marketing
• Experience with marketing asset creation across multiple channels
• Understanding of A/B testing and creative performance metrics
• Familiarity with creative operations and DAM systems
