310S Mechanic – Fleet & Equipment (No Flat Rate, Full-Time)
Fenwick, ON
$30–$40/hour (based on experience)
Monday to Friday | 40–45 hours/week | Some weekends
Tired of doing the same repairs every day?
At Willowbrook Nurseries, this is not your typical shop role.
You’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles and equipment — with steady hours, no flat-rate pressure, and a strong team behind you.
What You’ll Work On:
- Vans, pickups, and light-duty trucks
- Forklifts and Kubota equipment
- Trailers and small engines
- Farm and nursery equipment
No two days are the same
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and vehicles
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
- Complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean shop (5S)
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
- Support overall shop operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 310S Automotive Mechanic (Agricultural or 310T also considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working on a mix of vehicles and equipment
- Welding / fabrication / electrical experience is an asset
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
