Job Description
Shift: Rotational (24/7 hospital operations)
Job Purpose:
To manage all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure seamless communication between patients, departments, and hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling
- Transfer calls to relevant departments promptly
- Manage emergency calls and escalate immediately as per protocol
- Maintain call logs and records accurately
- Coordinate with front desk, billing, and clinical departments
- Address patient queries and complaints over the phone
- Ensure minimal call waiting time and high responsiveness
- Follow standard communication scripts and hospital policies
- Support teleconsultation coordination (if applicable)
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
